Billing

1:1 and 1:2 - Billing is monthly in advance of the lesson with payments made in advance of the first session. 

Group sessions - Full payment in advance of the first lesson of the course.

Cancellation

Students should be ready to learn at the scheduled lesson time. Late arrivals should be avoided, and will result in forfeiting the part of the lesson they have missed.

Cancellation Policy 

As regular lessons require a level of commitment, we expect full attendance. 

Tutor cancellation: If the tutor cancels for ANY reason, then we will deduct the cost of the missed lesson from your next bill (or try to rearrange if possible).  

1:1 and 1:2 Student cancellation: If students are not able to attend a pre-booked lesson, but give less than 24 hours notice, tuition  fees will not be refunded. 

If you give more than 24 hours notice of cancellation, then we will do all we can to suggest a substitute lesson which is mutually agreeable. 

Group session cancellation: Due to the group nature of the classes, no refund for absence is possible and students are expected to attend every session. If you are unable to attend a session due to unforeseen circumstances, then we will make every effort to share slides from the session which has been missed.
